Since late last year, Geminis Bar has been teasing its social media followers with glimpses into the bar’s future. From shots of the building’s façade to platters of food items, Geminis Bar seeks to leave us in no doubt that it’s coming soon to Chula Vista.
We happy to report the bar is one step closer to opening this year. Just yesterday, Geminis Bar filed for a liquor license for 2864 Main St. in Chula Vista. The status of the license is currently pending.
If you haven’t had a chance to check out Geminis Bar’s Instagram, the sneak peeks indicate the bar will have DJ shows and karaoke, a must have for any good night life locale. In addition, Geminis has shared some “coming soon” bites like nachos with queso and jalapeño, buffalo wings, and quesadillas with jalapeño and guacamole.
We were unable to reach owner Dulce Esmeralda Escamilla by the time of publication, so you’ll want to keep an eye on the bar’s active Instagram for updates.
