El Cacho Fish Taco Stand will bring their quality Mexican Seafood dishes from Chula Vista to Carlsbad next. They will join brands like Cultivated Greens and The Paleta Bar at The Windmill Food Hall at 890 Palomar Airport Road. The spot hosts many options for food, a lively bar for the adults, plus patio seating and games for the kids.
What Now San Diego spoke with Owner Carlos Robles, nicknamed “Cacho,” the business’ namesake. If you’re new to El Cacho, Robles assures you, “We offer good food, good service, quality fish, experience, and passion.” Their passion runs deep for this family-owned business, in operation since 2000.
If you frequent their Chula Vista hub, you can expect to find the same high-quality tacos, seafood cocktails, and loaded-high tostadas at their new Carlsbad spot. However, since they’ll be working with limited space their menu is expected to be reduced.
Since Windmill Hall is ready to go, the move-in should be fairly easy. El Cacho Fish Taco Stand is expected to open by mid-October. Keep updated by following them on Instagram.
