Fall Brewing Company looks to be expanding its footprint in San Diego and growing its production capabilities. Fall owner Dave Lively confirms in a conversation with What Now San Diego that the North Park brewery is negotiating an expansion to the familiar Beeramar site at 9550 Distribution Avenue.

The facility is the former home of Kings & Convicts Brewing, who in February 2023 exited their spaces in Miramar and Leucadia. Before then, the location was known as Saint Archer Brewing.

San Diego Beer News reports that the Leucadia spot is nearing completion as Duck Foot Brewing’s latest taproom. Now Fall Brewing is preparing to take over the 50,000-square-foot facility in Miramar.

Fall Brewing Company opened its taproom and brewing facility in North Park in 2014. A second taproom, The Golden Rhino Room, opened in South Park in 2021. Their flagship beers include the Plenty For All Pilsner, Goo Goo Muck IPA, and the Magical & Delicious Pale Ale.

The entry into Miramar is a significant upgrade from its current 5,000-square-foot site in North Park. No word yet on what to expect from Fall’s new facility just yet. For now, follow Fall Brewing on Instagram for the most recent beer releases.
