Beard Papa’s, the global chain known for its signature cream puffs, is opening in San Diego. The new store’s grand opening celebrations will be held on October 4 and October 5 with a free cream puff and more exclusive deals.
Beard Papa’s Expands to San Diego: A Sweet Arrival
Beard Papa’s first San Diego location will open on October 4 in the Convoy Street corridor of Kearny Mesa. The bakery is famous for its double-layered pastry shells filled with whipped cream and vanilla bean custard.
This Japanese bakehouse was founded in 1999 and has now expanded to 15 countries across the globe. The store opened its first location in the US back in 2004, and since then it has become a household name for favorite baked goods.
According to the PRNewswire report, Andrew, the San Diego franchise owner, said, “We are thrilled to bring Beard Papa’s to San Diego. Our goal is to serve the community with a dedicated Japanese bakery that has such a strong cult following. We can’t wait to share our fresh, handcrafted cream puffs with everyone in the Kearny Mesa area.”

The San Diego store will celebrate this grand opening with a free limited-edition Mashe tote bag for the first 100 customers on October 4 and 5. The offer is available only with the purchase of Beard Papa’s special value 6-pack; customers can also enjoy free cream puffs, coupon cards, and exclusive discounts.
