The team behind The Switchboard Restaurant in Oceanside are staying busy, introducing their newest concept via social media called Haetae. Their latest creation will debut on their home turf: Oceanside’s historic Fin Hotel.
According to their post on Instagram, The Switchboard says, “We will be carving out the Topeka Lounge space and have Haetae as our food and beverage inspiration.” Haetae will complement The Switchboard’s Hawaiian-Korean fusion cuisine with a focus on Korean Street Food.
Haetae Oceanside will join another new project, KNVS Bar, which will also debut next to The Fin Hotel.
While we await a sneak peek at Haetae’s menu, we’re promised more creative dishes by Chef Michael Mitchem and a cocktail program by Beverage Director Wyatt DeMars.
