Taproom Everbar is about to make its debut soon in Downtown El Cajon, at 172 East Main Street. The space will have about 770 square feet of indoor space and an outdoor patio ranging from 144 square feet.

The menu will offer 15 items and is expected to be prepared in the adjoining Main Street Donuts and Deli space. The new location follows El Cajon Planning Commission approval for on-site beer and wine sales, with operating hours extended until midnight. Learn more about Taproom here.

The Cathedral of Caffeination

Modern Times Coffee is gearing up to open a new spot called The Cathedral of Caffeination at 3052 El Cajon Boulevard, Suite 101. While the opening date hasn’t been announced, the space will serve as Modern Times Coffee’s new headquarters.

The Cathedral of Caffeination will provide a wide range of coffee on tap and function as the central hub for the company’s coffee operations.

Copper Kings Burgers

The San Diego-based smash burger concept Copper Kings Burgers is known for its coastal pop-ups and San Marcos flagship. The new Oceanside location at 326 N Horne Street will take over the former Northern Pine Brewing space.

Colosseo

New Italian-inspired restaurant Colosseo will open in Solana Beach at 945 Lomas Santa Fe Drive. According to the liquor license application filed by owner Roberto Ciacciofera, the restaurant will move into the previous Pizza Nova space.

The menu will highlight Italian dishes crafted from fresh, high-quality ingredients. Ciacciofera brings over a decade of experience in restaurants, events, and catering.
