Inglourious Bagels are planning their debut in Carlsbad this summer. The bakeshop will replace the now closed Sun Flour Bagel in Plaza Paseo Real shopping center in the La Costa neighborhood.
Specializing in New York style bagels, Inglourious Bagels will serve up house made spreads, a variety of bagel options from Strawberry, to Pumpernickel, Jalapeno Cheddar, and classic Everything. Plus stacked bagel sandwiches and lox bagels.
Inglourious Bagels comes to us from local owner Brian Gruber. Gruber also operates Notorious Burgers, a beer and burger focused restaurant located in the same shopping plaza.
