A build-your-own pasta restaurant is in the works in the heart of Lemon Grove. Inpasta will open soon on Broadway, near Giardino and Chef John’s Fish and Chips.
The company is linked to experts in the restaurant community, Vincenzo Lo Verso of Osteria Panevino and Greystone Steakhouse, and co-owned with Alessandro Minutella and Alberto Mestre.
Their concept is a modern take on traditional Italian cuisine. The main theme surrounds building your dish from the pasta up. You choose your pasta, sauces, and any other ingredients that meet your fancy to build your own creation.
Inpasta provides the variety, including gluten-free options, and its customers choices from there. Beyond pasta, their menu boasts soups, salads, pizzas and calzones, and dinner entrees like Braised Short Ribs and Shrimp Scampi.
Inpasta is currently building out their staff and are looking to open soon. Stay tuned to their Instagram for updates on their grand opening in December.
