Joyee Noodle House, a Chinese restaurant specializing in hand-made dumplings and noodle dishes, is set to open a new location in San Diego at 8935 Towne Centre Drive, Suite #100.

The restaurant’s newest location will replace Rubio’s within the Renaissance Towne Center, according to a recent submission to the San Diego Department of Environmental Health and Quality. Owner Jingjing Fu tells What Now San Diego that this location will open sometime next month and will also offer Taiwan-style breakfast, unlike any other location. The new Joyee Noodle House will sit next to a new location of Mr. Moto Pizza House, which will open in April.

Founded in San Diego, Joyee Dumpling House has grown to five locations, including Poway, SDSU, Torrey Highlands, Vista, and Oceanside. Each location focuses on hand-made dumplings, noodle bowls, and a variety of meat and vegetarian dishes, all prepared using traditional techniques. The new location will continue this approach, bringing the brand’s established menu and standards to the mall setting.

Joyee Noodle House’s menu includes vegetable dumplings, seafood wonton soup, shrimp dishes, noodle bowls, and a range of authentic Chinese flavors. The restaurant offers dine-in and takeout options, catering to both quick visits and casual meals with family or friends. Unlike any other Joyee location, this site will showcase a breakfast menu featuring Taiwan-style dishes.

This will be an excellent landing spot for Joyee Noodle House, given the shopping center’s high foot traffic, mix of office workers, residents, and shoppers, and its central location in San Diego’s North County. The site offers convenient takeout and casual dining, expanding access to authentic Chinese cuisine for the local community.

Joyee Noodle House continues to expand its footprint across San Diego, bringing traditional Chinese flavors to new neighborhoods while maintaining the quality and authenticity that have made the brand a local favorite.
