Acclaimed as “The Biggest Ramen Chain in Singapore,” Keisuke is heading to San Diego. According to commercial real estate company Retail Insite, Keisuke will move into the Mission Valley shopping center at 1620 Camino De La Reina. The Ramen restaurant will neighbor Breakfast Republic and Qdoba Mexican Eats.

Named after Ramen King himself, Keisuke Takeda, the Keisuke Ramen brand looks to break onto the foodie scene in Los Angeles and San Diego. Takeda is the creator of 17 restaurant concepts in Singapore and won the coveted title of Ramen Champion at the 2011 Tokyo Ramen Championship competition.

Keisuke will showcase Chef Keisuke Takeda’s extensive training in French and Japanese cuisine, and will highlight his unique signature flavors and award-winning recipes of Tonkotsu broths.

On the menu, expect to find three featured Ramen specialties: the Tonkotsu King Ramen, Black Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen with black pepper, and Red Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. Keisuke also delights with a rich Lobster Broth and seasonal flavors.
