Le Shrimp Noodle Bar, a Paradise Group concept combining Chinese and Japanese flavors with a Singaporean twist, is getting ready to open its first San Diego location in Downtown at 825 Harbor Drive, Suite 105.

The company’s fourth U.S. location is set to be a part of the Research and Development District, a new waterfront development led by IQHQ. Company director Desmond Boey tells What Now San Diego that with construction in progress, it’s hard to determine an exact opening date, but says Paradise Group hopes to open Le Shrimp Noodle Bar in about a year from now. The restaurant draws inspiration from the classic Japanese noodle soup, fusing Chinese and Japanese flavors to create a uniquely satisfying bowl of ramen for the ultimate prawn lover. Currently, the company has locations in Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, and Irvine.

The menu at Le Shrimp Noodle Bar is a shrimp lover’s dream. Some highlights from the menu include the Signature Trio Shrimp Noodle Soup, which combines prawns, ebiko prawn balls, and chicken wontons in a rich, eight-hour shrimp broth. The Spicy Braised Scallion Soy Chicken Noodle Soup offers tender braised chicken in a mildly spicy, flavorful broth for those who enjoy a little heat. The Trio Shrimp Dry Noodle features a dry noodle dish with prawns, shrimp, chicken, prawn wontons, shredded cucumber, and fried garlic, all topped with a savory soy-hoisin sauce. Whether you’re in the mood for soup or a dry noodle option, there’s something to satisfy everyone at Le Shrimp Noodle Bar.

Paradise Group Holdings, founded in 2002 in Singapore, is a prominent restaurant conglomerate known for its traditional Chinese cuisine. The group operates a diverse range of dining concepts with over 100 locations globally, including Singapore, Malaysia, China, and the U.S.. The group’s commitment to quality has earned it numerous awards, such as the Singapore Prestige Brand Award.
