Market on 8th in National City recently announced via Instagram that Mixed Grounds Coffee would join their lineup of local brands in the food hall. Moe Coffee recently exited the public market, promising a new location to come.

Mixed Grounds operates a coffee house, roastery, art gallery, and event space all under one roof on the Grant Hill/Logan Heights border. Featuring carefully-sourced beans roasted in house, their coffee is brewed fresh using a pour over method.

Signature drinks include the Azteca Mocha, Lavender Latte with housemade lavender syrup, and the Eclipse Fizz with housemade calamansi syrup, Topo Chico, and espresso over ice. Mixed Grounds is partnered with Hommage Bakehouse for fresh pastries to pair with their craft coffee choices.

Market on 8th food hall features a mix of local eateries, a brewery, cafes, and retail businesses. Mixed Grounds will join Weapon Ramen, Novo Brazil Brewing, Kaiju Pizza, among others.

No word yet on when Mixed Grounds is expected to open their latest kiosk at Market on 8th. Stay updated by following Mixed Grounds on Instagram
