Pali Wine Company have secured the location to place a second San Diego wine bar. The tasting room will replace Oscar Wilde’s Irish Pub on University Avenue in Hillcrest. The new space is in the same complex as Yoga Box and Hillcrest Brewing Company. Mike Spilky of Location Matters represented Pali Wine Co. and the Landlord on the lease.

Founded by Tim Perr and Scott Knight in 2005, winery operations take place in the Central Coast town of Lompoc, CA. Pali Wine Co. operates satellite tasting rooms in the LA Arts District, Santa Barbara aka the FunkZone, Anaheim’s Packing District, and in San Diego’s Little Italy.

Their Little Italy outpost serves a menu of shareable plates, charcuterie and artisan cheese platters, plus Brunch on weekends.

Pali Wine will move into a 2,000 square foot restaurant space with an additional 2,000 square foot outdoor patio. According to lease intel acquired by What Now San Diego, we may not receive an update on the new location until November 2022. We’ll continue to update as more information becomes available. Until then, check out the local events and wine releases by following Pali Wine Co. on Instagram.
