Rancho Santa Fe coffee shop Rancho Roasters appears to be planning on an expansion.

According to permits filed with the city, Rancho Roasters will be opening in a 200 square-foot facility at 1250 Prospect St. in La Jolla.

Rancho Roasters opened in the Village of Rancho Santa Fe last year. The boutique coffee shop offers specialty coffee, smoothies, pastries, and breakfast and lunch items.

Just off the beach, Rancho Roasters will be opening at 1250 Prospect. A three-story multi-tenant retail building, the retail center is home to George’s At The Cove, Donovan’s Steak House, and The Hake. An excellent retail location in The Village of La Jolla, the center provides ocean views and should provide plenty of pedestrian traffic.

Owner Courtney Smith Cindrich could not be reached for comment prior to publication.
