Pier Pizza is preparing for its debut on North Tremont Street in Oceanside. The new restaurant will move in next door to the incoming dessert shop, The Strawberry Shack, replacing Funk N Good Pizza.
Owner Holly Bacci shares to What Now San Diego that Pier Pizza will cater to tourists and locals alike who are heading to the beach, offering a place to grab quality food for a reasonable price. Locals themselves, Bacci and family operate the bait and souvenir shop on Oceanside Pier just a hop away from the restaurant.
Pier Pizza will offer a straightforward menu of pizzas, salads, chicken wings with a variety of sauces, and a few dessert options that won’t conflict with the neighboring dessert shop. Whether you’re looking for a fast bite or feeding a hungry family, their menu also features 20-inch pies and pizza by the slice.
