PorchLight Coffee is setting up its debut coffee shop in Pacific Beach. A recent permit filing places the new cafe on Cass Street next door to a beauty salon.
Behind the project is local real estate agent Mark Pattison, seemingly building PorchLight Coffee as a sister business alongside an existing realty group called PorchLight Realty.
PorchLight Coffee took to Instagram to share a sneak peek inside its location currently in construction. According to the cafe’s social media and Google profile, they will offer a fine selection of coffees, plus salads, sandwiches, rustic-style pastries, and even a selection of plants and home goods.
