After a year in business, Ramen Mik is ready to introduce its second location in North County. Currently open in San Marcos, a recent permit filing places the next Ramen Mik restaurant at Plaza Las Palmas shopping center in Escondido.
Ramen Mik specializes in traditional Japanese fare and savory noodle bowls. Their menu features signature ramen dishes like Show You, featuring Umami broth and Pork Chashu, or Me So Hot with a Miso broth and Mik’s special spicy sauce. Other menu items include fried rice with Pork Chashu, Katsu Curry, and Chicken Karaage.
Owner Noriyuki Mori tells What Now San Diego the new location will feature a similar menu with some added items that are both simple but delicious like Beef Bowls and Ginger Pork, making the restaurant a great choice for lunch or dinner.
