A new outpost of the Chicago-style pizzeria, Rosati’s Pizza, is headed for Grantville next. Rosati’s will replace a Fish Grub restaurant on Mission Gorge Road.
The Rosati’s pizza brand started out nearly 60 years ago in the suburbs of Chicago. Since then the franchise has grown to 300 locations and counting. Today you can find a Rosati’s Pizza and Sports Pub in Encinitas and another location in Temecula.
Rosati’s Pizza was created with family in mind, using recipes dating back to the late 1800s when the Rosati family immigrated to the US. Their restaurants serve eight signature pizzas, plus pastas, salads, and Italian sandwiches.
