Sang Dao Restaurant will soon offer service from the Barrio Food Hub ghost kitchen in Barrio Logan. The restaurant currently operates on El Cajon Blvd in the Rolando neighborhood, serving authentic Lao and Thai cuisine.
Owner Bobbie Deary confirmed to What Now San Diego that they plan to join the ghost kitchen. Ghost kitchens like Barrio Food Hub and their upcoming sister location, Aztec Food Hub, offer restaurants options to expand and serve new areas without making an investment to open a full operation.
How the location works is you order your food directly from the Hub website, then pickup at the site or request delivery through your preferred food delivery app.
Sang Dao is currently in their permitting process to be set up at Barrio Food Hub. No confirmation for when they’ll begin service in Barrio Logan. Stay updated by following Sang Dao Restaurant on Facebook.
