Silverlake Ramen continues their rapid expansion with new locations coming soon to Southern California and the Bay Area. Their location at Fashion Valley Mall opened in August and the company has filed a new permit with the city for the latest at Westfield UTC.
The Ramen chain takes their name from their roots in Los Angeles and they aim to bring the same casual vibes to each of their restaurants. Their Founders, Jitaek and Thomas Aono, who dub themselves “Noodleholics,” have combined their love for food with Japanese culinary training to build the creative spread they deliver at Silverlake Ramen. The brand has since branched out to Washington, Texas, and North Carolina as they continue to spread unpretentious and affordable ramen dishes to fellow “Noodleholics.”
No confirmation of an opening date for UTC as of yet. We can likely expect a similar menu to their Fashion Valley menu, which features various ramen and rice bowls with a plethora of toppings to add. Their menu also includes vegetarian options like the Impossible Bun, with panko fried Impossible Plant-Based Meat, cabbage, and Katsu sauce.
