Temecula Creek Inn, a Southern California wine country resort renowned for its golf course and nature-driven setting, is preparing to enhance its onsite dining options in Temecula as part of a multi-million-dollar renovation project.

The newest phase of the resort’s property-wide updates centers on elevated culinary programming and expanded outdoor dining, according to a press release. Adjacent to Corkfire Kitchen, the resort’s signature farm-to-table restaurant, the Chef’s Garden will debut a new al fresco dining concept designed by Executive Chef Ben Diaz. While the full renovation of all 123 guest rooms and suites is expected to be completed by Spring 2026, the dining enhancements are positioned as a significant part of the resort’s refreshed experience. Guests can anticipate seasonal menus, immersive outdoor dining experiences, and new spaces that showcase the property’s agricultural heritage.

The Chef’s Garden expansion will feature a 30-seat farm table and a custom bar and grill, offering an outdoor setting for multi-course meals prepared with ingredients grown onsite. The format is intended for intimate dinners, special celebrations, and group gatherings, allowing guests to experience cooking that draws directly from the surrounding landscape. The new concept supports the resort’s goal of deepening its connection to regional produce and strengthening its culinary identity through hyperlocal sourcing.

Corkfire Kitchen will continue to anchor the resort’s dining program, serving farm-to-table California cuisine that showcases the region’s agricultural bounty. The updated garden and al fresco space will complement the restaurant by giving the culinary team additional room to introduce seasonal dishes, host events, and create experiences tied to the property’s 300-acre setting. Together, the expanded offerings aim to position Temecula Creek Inn as a standout culinary destination within the Temecula Valley wine region.

Although the resort is undergoing a full guest room transformation that includes new flooring, furnishings, lighting, and redesigned bathrooms, the dining improvements are expected to play a defining role in the property’s refreshed identity. The emphasis on outdoor meals, locally sourced ingredients, and customizable culinary experiences builds upon the inn’s long-standing commitment to approachable luxury.

“We have taken a thoughtful approach to this renovation, honoring our property’s storied past while elevating the experience for the next generation of guests,” Stan Gershkovich, general manager at Temecula Creek Inn, said in a press release. “Every element, from the natural light to the materials and textures, was chosen to make our rooms feel both contemporary and timeless, while also respecting our connection to the surrounding landscape. We’re proud to usher in this new chapter for Temecula Creek Inn.”
