The Golf Bar is getting ready to expand with a second location in the works in Rancho Bernardo. According to recent permit filings with the city, the indoor golf hub and bar will set up in the Plaza at Rancho Bernardo next to the Urge Gastropub.
Their Clairemont Mesa location debuted in 2020, featuring the FullSwing Simulator which allows patrons to virtually play on over 95 courses. If golf isn’t your thing, no worries because the simulator features a dozen interactive games and sports like lacrosse, baseball, soccer, and more.
The concept is similar to other sports entertainment venues, televising local games on their TVs, and providing the accommodations to host parties and meet ups. The business prides itself on welcoming female golf groups and leagues to work on their game and socialize.
On their menu, you’ll find bar bites and shareable plates like wings, sliders, and flatbreads. At the bar, they serve up local craft beers, hard kombuchas, and cocktails.
No word yet on when we can expect the new location to open in Rancho Bernardo. For now, their Clairemont Mesa location continues to share events and specials if you follow them on Instagram.
