Uncle Sharkii Poke Bar Secures Their First Location in San Diego

The Poke Chain Continues to Grow, Signing More Southern California Franchise Deals

Uncle Sharkii Poke Bar announced this week that they’ve signed another deal to expand further into Southern California. RestaurantNews reported that franchisee Emmanuel Avila is the newest owner of two Uncle Sharkii locations heading to Torrance and Las Americas Premium Outlets

Reports state Avila signed a long-term agreement with the Simon Premium Outlets property next to the border. This will be the first location in the San Diego region but probably not the last.

Headquartered in the Bay Area, Uncle Sharkii Poke Bar was co-founded by Honolulu-born and raised Raymond Reyes and wife Fen Reyes. Uncle Sharkii recently signed 37 contracts according to QSR Magazine to expand the brand into new territories. 

Uncle Sharkii currently operates in Northern California, Texas, Utah, and Hawaii, with plans to expand further into Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. 

Built on their strong Ohana values, Uncle Sharkii highlights the spirit of Hawaii in their Signature Hawaiian Poke Bowls with simple ingredients and customizable toppings. Their menu also includes eight Boba Milk Tea drinks and four flavors of authentic Dole Soft Serve.
