Urbane Cafe, the popular health-conscious eatery in Southern California and Nevada, is opening a new location in Point Loma at 3954 W Point Loma Blvd. #200.

The company’s seventh San Diego location is expected to move into a vacant standalone building in the Midway Towne Center, according to a recent filing to the Department of Environmental Health and Quality. Urbane Cafe will replace either The House of Yogi or Wells Fargo. There is no exact opening date for this location, but the company is still working on a new site in Oceanside at 2183 Vista Way, Unit B-1, as well as a second Ventura location, opening on November 30.

Urbane Cafe is a new-style eatery where customers can choose various delicious artisan sandwiches, all served with a fresh salad. The company already has locations in Chula Vista, El Cajon, Encinitas, Mira Mesa, and Bay Park. Despite having several sites throughout the San Diego area, Urbane Cafe reaches as far as Visalia and Henderson, Nevada. All sandwiches and salads are made with farm-fresh ingredients, including fresh cuts of all-natural, hormone-free meats and freshly picked produce.

“A great sandwich is the sum of its delicious parts, which is why we obsess over every detail—We make our bread & sauces from scratch, get fresh, local ingredients delivered daily, and proudly prepare our creations in front of your eyes so you can see, salivate over & celebrate your meal to come,” according to the company’s website. “We love being the place where friends, family, and communities gather to celebrate and make memories over delicious food.”
