WestBrew closed operations at their Del Mar outpost this month to rework their outdoor seating area. San Diego Beer News shared more about their plans to renovate their space to accommodate guests with new outdoor seating options, excellent people-watching along Camino Del Mar, and set the scene for on-site entertainment.

The brewery shares renderings of its new project via social media, which includes a covered outdoor dining room, an informal lounge area around a newly installed fire pit, plus additional use of space for live entertainment next to the neighboring Chase Bank.

Besides the new deck scenery, WestBrew’s Executive Chef Doug Fyall will refresh their food menu to include more coastal-inspired cuisine along with familiar options they previously offered.

Owners Joshua and Heather Lynn Schreer operate WestBrew in Vista and Downtown, offering plenty of beer options while Del Mar is closed.

WestBrew will reportedly reopen their taproom in late January while they continue construction which is expected to to conclude in Spring 2023. Stay updated and catch a sneak peek of the project by following WestBrew Del Mar on Instagram
