LMC’s planned North Park mixed-use The Winslow will be anchored by CVS Pharmacy, fresh marketing materials for the incoming project have revealed. The Winslow is set to rise on a 2.2-acre site formerly home to New Visions Christian Fellowship. The church sold the site, at 4353 Park Boulevard, for $35 million in 2018 and held its last service in May 2019.

When it debuts in summer 2022, The Winslow will be home to 379 residential units with CVS occupying the largest ground-floor commercial space, which sits at the corner of Park and El Cajon Boulevards. CVS could be joined by a restaurant or retailer. There’s a second commercial space currently available for lease sized at 4,100 square feet that will be ready for move-in come June 2022.

The Winslow will be the third apartment community for LMC in San Diego. The multifamily developer currently operates Luma and Shift, both of which are downtown, as well as a portfolio of properties across the country.
