This Memorial Day weekend, BottleRock Napa Valley returns May 23–25, 2025, to the Napa Valley Expo with a packed calendar of live shows and chef demos. The event will comprise of five stages with live music, gourmet food, and a crafted wine experience.

Festival Experience: BottleRock Napa Valley 2025
BottleRock Napa Valley converts the Napa Valley Expo into a dynamic festival village for three days of continuous music, gourmet cuisine, and wine tastings. Attendees can explore five music stages, an independent Culinary Stage, wine cabanas, craft beer gardens, and specialty cocktail bars—all with a walkable layout designed for smooth transitions between venues.
When and Where It’s Happening
Festival gates are open each day at 11:30 AM on May 23, 24, and 25. Each evening’s final act is concluded by 10:00 PM with time for dinner at downtown Napa’s acclaimed restaurants. The festival box office and will-call are at 3rd Street and Bailey Street, opening on Thursday, May 22, from 12 PM to 7 PM, and Friday through Sunday, 10:30 AM to 8 PM, for on-site ticket sales and pickups.
BottleRock Napa Valley Lineup: Headliners and Fan Favorites
This year’s lineup features more than 75 artists representing a wide range of genres—rock, pop, hip‑hop, electronic, and more—divided between five stages for back‑to‑back sets over the weekend. Set times are 12 PM to 10 PM each day.
BottleRock’s 2025 roster is headlined by rock legends Green Day, pop sensation Justin Timberlake, and folk-pop favorite Noah Kahan. Other headliners include Ice Cube, 4 Non Blondes (reuniting for their first show since 2014), and Kaskade.
The easily accessible corridor between the Main Stage and Second Stage reduces walking distances, allowing quick transitions between acts.
Food and Drink: Napa Flavors on Display
The Culinary Stage hosts live chef demonstrations by Napa’s top restaurateurs —Bobby Flay, Kristen Kish, Marcus Samuelsson—and special guest appearances, accompanied by expertly crafted wine, beer and cocktail flights paired to enhance each bite.
In addition to demos, more than 50 local restaurants provide farm-to-table bites, artisanal pizzas, and gourmet sweets. Dessert vendors will also be available, with food trucks and market stalls serving international street-food twists around the grounds.
BottleRock’s reusable wine glass program keeps tens of thousands of single-use glasses out of the landfill, going green one glass at a time. wine cabanas feature over 100 labels from Napa Valley’s premier vintners, craft beer taps and mixology bars showcase local breweries and distilleries. Educational tasting seminars and mixology masterclasses enhance understanding of varietal and spirits.
How to Get the Tickets
General Admission three‑day tickets are sold at $456, single‑day GA at $233, providing complete access to stages, food and beverages stalls, and bars. Sold‑out tickets, such as Skydeck and Suites, provide waitlist enrollment via the official ticketing platform for notification on open spots.
VIP, Skydeck, Marriott Bonvoy American Express Suites, and Platinum tiers provide reserved seating, fast lane entry, shaded lounges, and all‑inclusive bars. General Admission and VIP tickets are also available on‑site at the festival box office during its operating hours.

BottleRock Napa Valley practices eco-friendly methods on grounds: recycling, composting, and green power initiatives. In 2024 alone, free touchless water stations saved over 201,000 single-use plastic water bottles from landfills.
Compostable serveware, vacuum-flush toilets that consume 90% less water, and a reusable wine glass program that eliminated the use of 55,000 disposable glasses stand for the festival’s environmental priorities.
