The bakery’s management needs to correct the violations noted in the health report. A red placard was posted at the facility due to rodent infestation signs found in the bakery. After correcting the required violations, the facility may contact Senior Inspector Sojeatta Khim to schedule a reinspection.

There were holes in the wall next to the 2-compartment sink and small openings along the wall under the sink. These also need to be sealed to avoid vermin entering the facility.

The facility needs to provide a receipt or document verifying that it has received an approved and effective pest control service. If any major violation is found during the reinspection, then the facility will have to pay a reinspection fee.
