Flagship Taproom operator Loaded Barrel, LLC, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the California Northern Bankruptcy Court. The Santa Rosa-based company filed a voluntary petition on October 28 to restructure its finances and keep the business running.

Based in Santa Rosa, California, Loaded Barrel operates Flagship Taproom, a local restaurant known for its craft beer and smoky barbecue, as reported by RK Consultants. The restaurant specializes in craft beer and smoky barbecue. Founded by five childhood friends, Flagship Taproom was created as a community gathering place where guests can work, relax, and connect over good food and local brews.
Fallon disclosed that he will receive $25,000 in legal fees for representing the company, and a court filing fee of $1,738 was paid at the time of submission.
Case Filing Requirements and Timeline
The court stated that as part of the process, the meeting of creditors, where creditors can ask questions about the filing, must take place by November 4, 2025.
The first meeting of creditors under Section 341(a) is scheduled for December 3, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. via teleconference hosted by the U.S. Trustee’s Office in Santa Rosa.
The company must formally appoint its attorney by December 1, 2025, and submit a reorganization plan soon after. The court set a January 26, 2026, deadline for the company to file its Small Business Subchapter V Plan, outlining how it intends to repay debts and move forward.
With the Chapter 11 filing, Loaded Barrel has officially begun its financial reorganization under the Northern District of California’s oversight. The court ordered Loaded Barrel to submit a detailed repayment plan by January 2026, while allowing the business to continue operating in the meantime.
