Square Pie Guys, the popular pizza brand, is stepping into the new year with the launch of its sixth Bay Area location. The Walnut Creek location is slated to open Sunday, January 11.
A Filipino-inspired pizza is going to be its new menu highlight. The pizza marks Square Pie Guys’ first-ever collaboration with a musical artist: Bay Area rapper P-Lo.
Square Pie Guys Expands with Artistic Collaboration in Walnut Creek

Square Pie Guys continues its Bay Area expansion with the launch of the Walnut Creek location. The collaboration highlights Filipino heritage and Bay Area identity through a newly created Detroit-style pie.
Over the years, Square Pie Guys has stayed connected to the regional culture by partnering with prominent Bay Area figures and restaurants. Some examples include GrubWitMike, Jeremy Lin, Souvla, Samin Nosrat, Melissa King, and Señor Sisig.
The centerpiece of the Walnut Creek opening is the brand’s first-ever musical artist pizza collaboration with P-Lo. The Bay Area rapper, a founding member of HBK Gang, has previously collaborated with other artists, including E-40, Larry June, Saweetie, and Kehlani.
The collaboration marks a notable milestone for Square Pie Guys as it enters the Walnut Creek market. The Bay Area is home to one of the largest and most influential Filipino communities in the country.
Features and Availability of the Filipino-inspired Pie

Square Pie Guys’ latest Filipino-inspired pizza offering features the brand’s signature crispy-edged Detroit-style crust. The topping includes a rich vodka sauce, red onions, longanisa, Italian sausage, and hot honey bomba. Spicy ranch and fresh basil add to the flavors of the tempting bite.
The much-loved pizza chain has used locally sourced Bay Area ingredients in the latest offering. To balance the Filipino comfort flavors, Square Pie Guys has infused a bold and modern approach, resulting in a unique Bay Area creation.
The latest collaboration can be found on Square Pie Guys’ menu from January 1, 2026, through March 31, 2026. The collaboration will be available at all six Square Pie Guys brick-and-mortar locations, including the new Walnut Creek restaurant.
A portion of the proceeds from the collaboration with Bay Area rapper P-Lo will support United Playaz, a long-standing San Francisco nonprofit. The organization works toward youth empowerment, mentorship, and violence prevention.
