According to a recent permit application with The City of Palo Alto, ZERO& is opening a new location in The Stanford Shopping Center — joining eateries such as California Pizza Kitchen, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, and True Food Kitchen.

ZERO& is known for its hand-made fruit beverages, including fruit tea, milk tea, hot drinks, pure tea, and grab-and-go options. Its menu offers items like the Matcha Tornado — a cold drink made with uji matcha, organic milk, and oreo crumbles — the Lychee Blossom, a fruit tea containing over 20 lychees and edible rose petals, and the Hot Peach Oolong with Pine Nuts. The chain also has a unique coffee-based beverage called the Coco Presso that’s made with coconut juice, coconut milk, doppio espresso, and house-made coconut pudding.

The Bay Area-based chain currently has locations in Stoneridge, SF Hayes, Westfield, Santa Rosa Plaza, and The Shops at Mission Viejo. Additionally, ZERO& is sold at Hanabi Bakery, a dessert shop in Newark that offers “modern French mousse cakes, delicate desserts, and bread inspired by flavors from different cultures around the world.”

ZERO& is a concept by Toby Sun, who precedently founded the e-scooter and e-bike sharing company Lime.

An opening date for the Menlo Park ZERO& hasn’t been announced yet. What Now San Francisco was unable to contact a company representative by the time of publication.
