According to a recently submitted permit application, a new dining concept is coming to Berkeley.

Taking over the former Longbranch Saloon space at 2512 San Pablo Avenue, the yet-to-be-named eatery will land near concepts such as Caffe Chiave, Le Pho Vietnamese, and TAROCCO.

What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owner, Rubin Sainju, to inquire about the upcoming spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing describes the business as a “full-service restaurant serving beer, wine, and distilled spirits with meals.”

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
