A New Hawaiian Restaurant Plans to Debut in Berkeley

Taking over a 1600-square-foot space at 2475 Telegraph Avenue, the eatery will land near Bongo Burger, Mezzo, and Racha Café.

According to a recently submitted permit application, a new Hawaiian restaurant, R&R Hawaiian BBQ, plans to debut in Berkeley.

Taking over a 1600-square-foot space at 2475 Telegraph Avenue, a spot formerly home to Sizzling Lunch, the eatery will land near establishments such as Bongo Burger, Mezzo, and Racha Café.

What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owner, Andy Yang, to inquire about the upcoming joint, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, drawing from the concept’s name, Hawaiian BBQ will likey be featured on the menu.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
