A New Restaurant, Celeste, Is Coming to Vacaville

According to a recent beer and wine license application, a new restaurant named Celeste is coming to 520 Main Street in Vacaville. The address was previously home to Annie Chmieleski Mortgage, and establishments in the vicinity include El Patron Méxican Food, Makse Restaurant, and Pure Grain Café.

The licensees and owners are listed as Jerome Pittman and Tina McKnight-Pittman.

While the two were unavailable for comment before publication, Tina McKnight-Pittman is already known in the Bay Area as the owner of Dots Baking Pantry, a baking business informed by her mother and grandmother’s recipes, as well as her travels.

An opening date, and other pertinent details, such as the menu and hours of operation, have not yet been announced. What Now San Francisco will update the article as soon as we know more.
