Restaurateurs and sisters Sarah Quider and Samantha Tilley are teaming up to open a new sparkling wine bar, Bubble Bar, in Healdsburg, according to a recent report by Sonoma Magazine.

Coming to 134 North Street, taking over a renovated 1906 Queen Anne Victorian, the drinkery will soon neighbor establishments such as Bravas Bar de Tapas, Guiso Latin Fusion, and Valette.

On the menu, locals can expect “well-known sparklers and more obscure finds from around the world,” as well as appetizers such as caviar, charcuterie plates, and pâté.

“Being a winemaker for 28 years, I like to try new wines,” Quider tells the journal. She adds, “There are so many beautiful wines in the world.”

For readers who are unfamiliar, Quider is currently the vice president at Foley Family Wines and Tilley is the chef at and owner of Mockingbird Kitchen & Bar in Litchfield, Connecticut.

Bubble Bar is slated to open on Valentine’s Day. Stay tuned for updates.
