According to a recently submitted permit application, a new eatery, Dong Que Restaurant, is coming to 919 Story Road in San Jose — near eateries such as District Seven Cafe, Pho 90 Degree, and Tan Dinh Cafe.

A spokesperson for the restaurant tells What Now San Francisco that the Vietnamese restaurant will open next year — however, Owner Lien Mai Nguyen could not share additional information about specials or the space before publication.

Nevertheless, considering the cuisine, locals can likely expect to find classic dishes such as pho, bun cha, and banh cuon on the menu, as well as beverages such as Vietnamese tea and coffee, beer, and wine.

Stay tuned for updates.
