According to a recently submitted permit application, a new wine bar is coming to La Honda.

Taking over an existing 7,500-square-foot restaurant space 8865 La Honda Road, the business will land just up the street from Apple Jack’s Bar, La Honda Country Market, and Reswick Gallery.

What Now San Francisco reached out to the operator of the yet-to-be-named concept, Charles Catania, to inquire about the upcoming establishment, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing discloses that the “wine bar will serve appetizers [and] meals, operate [from] 10 am-10 pm, [host] occasional live music, [and] host events with wine growers to spread awareness for [the] Santa Cruz Mountain winery.”

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
