Coming soon to Sebastopol is ACRE Pasta, a new fast-casual concept brought about by the minds behind ACRE Pizza. Coming to 6761 McKinley Street, ACRE Pasta plans to open in April 2025.

Owner Steve Decosse tells What Now San Francisco that patrons will be able to order at the counter, building custom pasta bowls, and that the concept will be focused on “hospitality, elevated ingredients, [and] affordability” — with plates ranging from $12 to $15.

In addition to its regular menu, the eatery will also host “Sunday supper, which is going to incorporate pasta and some of the more popular things we were doing at the Slow Club… grilled fish with an Italian focus on it, a steak, an antipasto platter,” Decosse adds.

Concerning atmosphere, the space will offer a “cozy” dining room and outdoor seating for about 65 on an elevated attached patio.

“We just got our permits, so we’re building the restaurant now. We’re doing a light remodel,” Decosee shares. Stay tuned for updates.
