ACRE Pizza’s owner, Steve Decosse, tells What Now San Francisco that the concept is expanding to Healdsburg.

For readers who are unfamiliar with ACRE Pizza, the business offers a brief introduction on its website: “Our award-winning pizza has been created to celebrate the moment. We honor the tradition of East Coast, Detroit, and Sicilian style pizzas and offer inspired salads.”

The statement continues, “We use only the freshest of ingredients. Our dough is fermented for 72 hours, using Central Milling flour and “Old World” baking techniques, resulting in a light and crispy crust. We curate our selection of beer, wine, and ciders to feature our local favorites.”

There are currently three ACRE Pizza outposts in the Bay Area, found in Cotati, Petaluma, and Sebastopol.

The address and intended opening date have not yet been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
