Andytown Coffee Roasters, a San Francisco-based specialty coffee company, is getting ready to open a new location in San Francisco at 66 Kearny Street.
The company’s tenth location is set to move into the former home of Starbucks, according to an Instagram announcement. While an exact opening date has yet to be announced, co-founder Lauren Crabbe tells WhatNow San Francisco the team is aiming to open in Spring 2026. The roughly 2,200-square-foot space is connected to LendingClub’s future headquarters at 88 Kearny Street and will include a small employee-only nook. Customers can expect Andytown’s signature coffee and house-made baked goods.
This marks Andytown’s fourth location in downtown San Francisco and continues the company’s steady growth across the Bay Area. The brand has expanded from its Outer Sunset roots into multiple neighborhoods, including Menlo Park. The Kearny Street site will be open to the public, with part of the space designed for LendingClub employees. The location adds to a growing mix of cafes serving the downtown workforce.
Andytown Coffee Roasters was founded in 2014 by Michael McCrory and Lauren Crabbe, who began the business in a 600-square-foot space on Lawton Street. Since then, the company has expanded while continuing to roast coffee in small batches and bake goods in-house. The founders built the brand around a welcoming cafe environment with consistent quality. Today, Andytown operates several locations throughout San Francisco and nearby areas.
The menu centers on specialty coffee drinks paired with a bakery program inspired by Northern Ireland. Items include soda farls, wheaten bread, scones, and breakfast sandwiches made on house-made bread. Additional offerings include vegan scones, chocolate chip cookies made with Guittard chocolate, and sausage rolls served with HP sauce. All baked goods are produced daily and delivered fresh to each cafe.
