According to a recently submitted permit application, Berkeley is gaining a new delivery-only dessert shop, Aundin’s Sweet Tooth.

The concept’s owner, Ashley Seashore, tells What Now San Francisco that this year she plans to offer “a collection of cookies inspired by pop culture love stories.”

Flavors will include a Pride & Prejudice-inspired soft Earl Grey cookie with lemon creme filling and a Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce romance-inspired chai cookie stuffed with Speculoos, to name just a couple.

“Desserts are special things, to be enjoyed en masse with a big, honkin’ sheet cake or entre nous with a lil’ something special. All orders are custom-made with love & care using high-quality ingredients,” the business shares on its website.

Aundin’s Sweet Tooth will begin operations next week, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
