According to a recent license application with Alcoholic Beverage Control, a new restaurant called Holbrook House is coming to 1 Sansome Street. The space is part of the One Sansome building, also known as Citigroup Center, and was previously home to Anglo & London Paris National Bank and later Crocker National Bank. Nearby eateries include Bouche, Leo’s Oyster Bar, Mourad, and Tadich Grill.
The space is currently undergoing renovation backed by Barker Pacific Group, a San Francisco-based real estate agency, which, according to a report by SFist, has invested over $120 million in the property since purchasing it in 2010.
On the license application, the owner is listed as Phil Spiegel, but pertinent details about the Financial District project — like the menus and the opening date — haven’t yet been announced.
What Now San Francisco contacted Spiegel and Michael Barker, CEO of Barker Pacific Group, however, they were unable to provide additional information by the time of publication.
