Emily Winston, owner of Boichik Bagels, is bringing a new retail outpost and bagel factory to an industrial building located at 1225 Sixth Street.

The space is 18,000 square feet and will become “the new foundation” for Boichik — allowing for “more products, future stores, and a longer roster of wholesale partners,” Winston tells Eater San Francisco

According to Eaterthe retail store will be designed to include a window into the production kitchen so that patrons can see how the New York–style bagels are made. In addition to increasing the potential for bagel production, the new space will allow Boichik to expand its product line.

Eater recently reported that the location is set to open in February 2023. What Now San Francisco has been unable to contact a company representative by the time of publication.
