According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new Brazilian steakhouse, Show de Carnes, is preparing to open in San Jose.
Coming to 1000 El Paseo de Saratoga, the eatery will land near establishments such as the Chinese restaurant 575 Miishien, Jamba Juice, and the camping store REI.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the eatery, Show de Carnes introduces itself on its Google Maps profile as an “all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse also offering sushi and a salad bar, plus happy hours.”
On the menu, San Jose locals can expect to find 17 cuts of meat, served as all-you-can-eat options — including picanha, garlic picanha, spicy top sirloin, bottom sirloin, rib-eye, filet mignon, filet mignon wrapped in bacon, and beef ribs. Seafood, pork, chicken, and lamb are also on the menu.
“We don’t have the date exactly yet, but we plan to open at the end of September,” the concept’s co-founder, Celso Mattos Weller, tells What Now San Francisco.
An opening date has not been announced yet. Stay tuned for updates.
