Cafe Jolies, an “award-winning brunch restaurant” in Alameda, is planning to open a new, “petite” location in the city.

According to a recently submitted beer and wine license application, the eatery, Cafe Jolie Petite, is coming to 1501 Harbor Bay Parkway, near Freckles Deli & Cafe and Oscar’s Grill.

What Now San Francisco reached out to owner Joann Guitarte to inquire about the upcoming outpost, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, an addition to the Alameda Post business directory confirms the news, sharing that Cafe Jolie Petite will be “opening soon.”

For readers who are unfamiliar with Cafe Jolies, the eatery is known for its breakfast, brunch, and lunch served daily. On the menu are items such as crab cake benedict, salmon florentine, and beignets, as well as sandwiches, burgers, and soups. To wash it all down, patrons can choose from a selection of brunch cocktails — think mimosas, bellinis, and spiked lemonade.
