According to SF Eater, Chef Bradley Kilgore is debuting a new fine dining concept, Ama, at the Transamerica Pyramid.

Located at 545 Sansome Street, Ama will join two existing concepts of Kilgore’s, the bistro Cafe Sebastian and MadLab Gelato & Kakigori.

“Ama is meant to stand out as a fine-dining establishment that highlights Itameshi cuisine, which combines Italian and Japanese ingredients and flavors,” the Journal reports — meaning menu items such as “house-made pasta with uni fondue sauce, or toasted milk bread with umami butter” will be offered.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Kilgore, the chef also operates The Kilgore Culinary Group, which is comprised of four Miami-based restaurants, including the Japanese-inspired cocktail lounge Kaido, Ember, Alter, and the contemporary Italian restaurant Brava.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
