Chef David Kinch and his business partners Avery Ruzicka and Andrew Burnham are planning to open three eateries in Los Gatos. According to Mercury News, the restaurants will include Mentone and Manresa Bread outposts and a “yet-to-be-announced” concept.

Managing partner Andrew Burnham tells What Now San Francisco that the team recently signed an LOI for a 7,100-square-foot building at The Junction, a restaurant, retail, and housing project by Harmonie Park Development. He shares that they are hopeful to be a part of the community.

Kinch is an established restaurateur and chef in the Bay Area — he is the owner of Mentone, was formerly the owner and executive chef of now-closed Manresa Restaurant, a Michelin-starred “New American eatery offering extravagant farm-to-table tasting menus,” and is a co-founder of The Bywater, a Los Gatos spot that offers “Creole and Cajun plates plus raw-bar fare.” Additionally, he is a co-founder of Manresa Bread and was the owner and executive chef of Sent Sovi Restaurant, which is no longer in operation.

An estimated opening date for the upcoming Los Gatos eateries hasn’t yet been announced.
