Beverly Hills restaurant Mírame is headed for Menlo Park’s new Springline development, SF Chronicle reported this week. Mírame’s menu will be created by chef Joshua Gil, whose crispy salmon-skin chicharones, whole fried snapper, and other luxury Mexican-inspired fare will be served at the new Bay Area location.

Gil has wowed Los Angeles restaurant critics with his cuisine and is sure to do the same with the Menlo Park restaurant. Mírame will be joining culinary heavyweights such as Che Fico, Robin, Burma Love, and Barebottle Brewing Co. which are slated to debut late this year and early next.

It is all part of the new Springline development under construction at 1300 El Camino Real, where eight restaurants and cafes will go up at a 6.4-acre mixed-use space that aims to uplift the dining scene in the Peninsula town. While dining options will be open to the public, there will also be office space and a 200-unit high-end apartment complex with a pool, pet spa, and indoor golf simulator.
