According to a recently submitted permit application, Bay Area restaurateur and chef Kaitlynn Bauman is debuting a new restaurant in San Francisco.

Coming to 3213 Pierce Street in the Marina District, the eatery will land near establishments such as the gym Barry’s Marina, The Tipsy Pig, and Twisted St. Cafe.

The filing refers to the concept as Altro Enoteca, though it’s unclear whether or not the restaurant will operate under this name.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Chef Bauman, before opening her first eatery in 2021, Norcina — which has since become known for its sourdough Neapolitan-style pizzas and made-from-scratch pasta dishes — she worked in popular San Francisco restaurants including Cotogna and Presidio Social Club.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Bauman to inquire about the upcoming concept, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
