Alora announced its opening in San Ramon in January 2025, a second location to the Embarcadero waterfront restaurant. Alora is bringing its Mediterranean-inspired dining experience to Bishop Ranch in San Ramon.
Created by AVB Hospitality, the team behind Alora on the Embarcadero in San Francisco, ROOH in SF and Palo Alto, Pippal, Fitoor at Santana Row, and the newly opened Fitoor in Santa Monica, the second location will offer a more casual and laid-back vibe while maintaining the signature flavors and hospitality.
Helmed by Executive Chef Nicholas Peters, the menu will draw from the diverse cultures and cuisines of the Mediterranean, showcasing small plates for sharing—mezze, handmade pastas, sustainable seafood, dry-aged meats, and grilled skewers.
The restaurant will feature an open outdoor patio set to debut in the spring.
